Critical Reminders for Your Appointment

Property Readiness: Your property must be fully cleaned, decluttered, and photo-ready before the photographer arrives. Do not expect photographers to wait for cleaning, move items, or assist with staging. Photographers operate on tight schedules with multiple appointments daily. Delays due to ongoing preparation will result in rushed sessions, potential errors, and waiting fees.

Weather is Your Responsibility: If you want specific weather conditions (sunny, clear skies, optimal lighting, favorable seasonal appearance), schedule your appointment accordingly or reschedule in advance. We do not provide complimentary reshoots for weather dissatisfaction. Please note that claiming unrelated technical issues to obtain a reshoot when the actual concern is weather-related will not result in a complimentary reshoot. If you're unhappy with the forecasted conditions, reschedule before your appointment.

Be Present or Provide Instructions: We recommend being present to communicate specific requirements. If not present, submit all special requests in writing to the Company before the shoot. Requests made afterward will incur reshoot fees.

Provide Access & Parking Details: Share all access codes, keys, and parking arrangements in advance. Delays from access or parking issues may incur waiting fees.
